RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Dadly Clothing, we carefully inspect all orders before shipping.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are ONLY accepted if the error is on our part.
1. Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order ONLY if you received any of the following due to our mistake:
- Wrong item
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Item with factory defect or damage upon receipt
As long as Dadly Clothing is at fault, your request will be considered eligible.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached
- Request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery
3. Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
The following are NOT eligible:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sale or promotional items
- Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at dadlyclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation
- Our team will review your request and send further instructions if approved
5. Shipping
- If approved and the issue is due to our error, Dadly Clothing will shoulder the return and replacement shipping cost
- If the issue is not due to our error, the request will be declined
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds will be issued to preferred payment method
- Approved exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is verified
7. Final Notice
Dadly Clothing reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
